If you choose to share them, we also collect rooming preferences, dietary requirements, allergies and accessibility or special requirements relevant to your stay. Our website services may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and pages visited.
Dietary and accessibility information
Please share only what is needed to help us arrange your stay. These details are optional and may include sensitive health information. We ask for your consent to use and share relevant details with the venue, caterers or activity providers who need them to support you. Please obtain another guest’s permission before providing their information. You may contact us privately or withdraw consent for future use, although this may affect the arrangements we can offer.
How we use and share information
We use your details to answer enquiries, confirm and administer bookings, organise accommodation, meals and activities, communicate retreat updates and manage payments or refunds. Relevant information may be shared with the venue and retreat providers as needed to deliver these services, with our website, email and payment providers, and where required by law. Guest contact details are not shared with other guests without permission.
Website and payments
Our website and booking services are provided through Wix. Payments are processed through PayPal and any payment option shown at checkout, under the provider’s own privacy terms. Please enter card details only in the payment checkout, never in an enquiry or requirements field. Wix, PayPal and our email services may process information outside Australia. Cookies: Wix and connected services may use cookies for website operation, security and usage measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling some cookies may affect booking features.
Keeping and protecting information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to those who need it. We keep information for booking administration and applicable legal or accounting requirements, and remove or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
